195: Mad Q Party

Our favorite Disney questionnaire is BACK! For this week’s Mad Q Party, friend of the show Jonathan Harvill joins the discussion as we answer ten questions related to all things Disney. Some of this week’s questions include:

  • What’s a panel you’d like to see take place at next year’s D23 Expo?
  • Name something from a Disney movie that you wish were real so you could own it or use it.

And more!

Also on episode 195, Jeremy and Jonathan go head to head in the game “The Common Dis-nominator,” in which they must figure out what a list of clues have in common. Plus, we get a bit silly with the hashtag #BoringDisneyAttractions. Come join the madness!

Be sure to find Jonathan online (@jonathanharvill) and let him know how much you enjoyed hearing him on the show!

187: Top 5 Quotes From Walt Disney World Attractions

In every Haunted Mansion stretching room there is at least one person who decides to quote the script along with the Ghost Host. And while that might be, frankly, annoying for the other people in the room, the fact is there are countless lines of dialogue from Disney rides that are fun to say because they are clever and memorable and they are attached to some of our favorite attractions. On this week’s show, we each count down our top five favorite quotes from Walt Disney World attractions, from witty banter in preshows to magical words that make our hearts go pitter-patter.

In another edition of The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, we turn our attention to the interior decor inside table service restaurants. Plus, we play another round of “Higher or Lower,” in which we try to guess closest to the correct Disney-related number. Play along now!

143: The Art of the Pre-Show

An entire episode about pre-shows? Wait a minute . . . I love that idea!

This week we have an open discussion about attraction pre-shows at Walt Disney World by answering the question, “What qualities do the best pre-shows possess?” We visit rides like Tower of Terror and Soarin’ and characters including Dr. Marsh and Sergeant C4703BK2704-90210, and we give our own take on what makes a pre-show great, which WDW attractions have the best and worst pre-shows, and why pre-shows are important.

Also on this week’s show: Matt and Derek review their recent lunch at Tiffins, we share our thoughts on Cars 3 and the latest Pirates film, and we play “What’s the Score?” in which we try to guess the movie based on the names of individual tracks in that movie’s original score. Come join the fun now!
